Giddy

WOW!!!! God is amazing!!! I have never been soo in love with my Father as i am right now!! He has shown me how life should be, and I can't imagine it any other way anymore. He brought Tanner and his family into my life. They are amazing, God loving people who show their faith in everything they do. I am soo thankful to have met them, and I hope to be around them for a very long time. 

Its funny how people go day by day without ever noticing the work God has done in their lives. I used to be one of those people, but after the work he has done in my life in the past 3 weeks, I will never walk around blind again. 

When God has a plan for you, it will all fall into place. Somethings may not make sense right then, but sit back and watch, because God is doing big things for you!!!  And your life will change for the better!

Things Change

So much has changed for me in the past month. I've talked to a few guys.. eeeh.

I started school to become an EMT.. today was day 2, and it is already kicking my butt!! 6 chapters into it.. and a test every week. But I am sooooooooooo excited to start rotations, and to ride in a truck. And to graduate!!

Im moving to Austin after i graduate. I am ready to try new things, and see new places. I also want to be closer to my sisters, neices, nephew, and brother- in- law. I will miss my parents and brother soo much (but now they will have a bigger excuse to come visit) I LOVE my family more than life its self, and i would like to be closer to my sisters. Since they are both older than me, we have never been as close as I would like, but now it is time to change that!!

I GOT BAPTIZED!!!!! I have never felt God's love more than I felt that night. A huge weight was lifted off my chest, and I have breathed a lot easier since then.

My family is awesome.. my aunts, uncles, cousins, brother, and friends all came to watch me publicly commit my life to Christ.. there is nothing better than the support of family and friends.

I also went to the River the first time. I had soo much fun, and really hope to go back!!!

Life is changing so fast, and I feel like God is leading me to great things!!

While listening to my ipod recently, i discovered the 12 Stones album (thanks Cali) and I really enjoy it.. here are the lyrics that i currently have stuck in my head:

I have had a pretty eventful, but uneventful week. I moved yesterday, and I also got baptized. I also got to reconnect with some friends I haven't seen in a really long time.. this has actually been a pretty good week.. so all in all I can't complain. 

I will be in Austin this thursday.. I am soooo flipping excited!!!!!

Amazing Love

I am always amazed at the love I have in my life. I have the most wonderful parents a girl could ask for. They support me 100 %. No matter what I decide to do, and even if it is not something they like, they still support me.  I also have the best sisters, and brother EVER!! Mandy, Amber, and Jamie are always there for me with advise, and a shoulder to cry on. They continually support me, and are my best friends. My friends are amazing. They accept me, even when I'm moody, cranky, and a little bit crazy. They don't pass judgment on the things I do, or want to do.. and are always there to talk. The residents at work may drive me crazy, but they all care about me. And i know they want the best for me. I have a wonderful, and very very large extended family, that are all amazing in their own way. They are all a little crazy at times (love yall!!) but they are very valuable to me. I love getting to see any of my relatives, and wish I could see them all more!!


However, Gods unending love is the basis of my existence. Because He loved me before i was born, I am alive today. Because He died for me, I have eternal life. Because He is a patient, and loving God, I know my past and future sins are forgiven. No matter how hard my day is, or what i am struggling with, I know He is there for me, and He has already taken my burdens away. I am grateful for Him.


Happy Mothers Day Deanne. You are the best mom ever. You are awsome, loving, funny, and kind. You take care of everyone, and never complain about it. I love you mommy!! Thank you for being you!

rejection

rejection is a funny thing. and it comes in a lot of different forms. the rejection of someone you love, the rejection of a friend, the rejection from a school or job. no body likes rejection.. no one! and everyone of us is going to face it at some point. but rest assured, there is something better out there for you. you may not see it now, or in the near future. but it is out there. so take rejection in stride.. and know that God loves you, and he will never reject you. and with His love all things are possible. 


i'm not saying this because i have been rejected recently, but because someone thought i was rejecting them (which would mean he still thought i was more than a friend to him.. nope, not going to happen kiddo).. and it got me thinking. rejection is a part of life, a really really sucky part, but a part none the less. So cry your tears, become stronger, and know that things will get better!!


12 days from now i am going to be baptized... sooo excited!!! dad starts his new job 7 days from now!!! aaand in 17 days i will be in austin with my sisters!!!!!!!!!

I enrolled in classes today.. soo flipping excited!! I cant wait for summer school to start.. But now I have all that added stress to deal with.
